Halloween In Disneyland Paris: Bucket List 2026

Halloween in Disneyland Paris: Entrance banner and decoration in the park.

Are you ready to celebrate Halloween in Disneyland Paris?

Every year, when summer ends, we all know what this means: it’s time to turn the stage to beautiful autumn (or fall!) foliage to paint the landscape 50 shades of orange!

It also means it’s Halloween time; what’s better than going to Disneyland Paris for Halloween? I’m pretty sure nothing can top it up!

And to be sure you won’t miss any of the best things to do at Walt Disney Park, here is my Disneyland Paris Bucket List Halloween Edition that will make both kids and adults happy – granted, you don’t mind a good scare!

This year again, as soon as the summer edition of Disneyland Paris ends (bye-bye Lion King, you’ll be missed), it will be time to let the villains and the pumpkins out again.
It’s the best time of year to go and get a photo with Jack Skellington!

This leaves you plenty of time to enjoy the Halloween festivities at Disneyland! This year (2026), Halloween at Disneyland Paris dates are still to be determined. I will update this post as soon as the dates are out.

You can read my day trip guide to Disneyland Paris if you’re not visiting at Halloween.

Make sure to book your tickets in advance to go to Disneyland Paris:

#1 Visit the Phantom Manor

Okay, this one is a no-brainer; you can’t possibly celebrate Halloween at Disneyland without taking a tour of the haunted mansion!

Besides, the haunted mansion got a brand new makeover last year. So even if you’ve already visited it in the past, you still need to make sure the Phantom Manor is open, as there is construction undergoing.

Disney Haunted Mansion is one of the major attractions of Frontierland, and it must be on your Halloween Disneyland Paris Bucketlist.

#2 Take Photos With As Many Villains As Possible

Halloween is the perfect time for mischief. With all the spookiness of autumn & Halloween creeping over Disneyland Paris, all the villains are out in the park; it’s the best time of the year to meet them!
This year, Ursula from The Little Mermaid will be joining the show!
So, face your fears and encounter the infamous villains of your favourite Disney movies! If you’re brave enough, you should snap a photo with them; that’s a good memory.

Of course, you can still meet Mickey and his friend dressed in beautiful Halloween costumes to celebrate the year’s spookiest season.

#3 Enjoy The Disneyland Halloween Parade: Mickey’s Halloween Celebration

Whatever the season, whenever we decide to go to Disneyland Park, there is an activity that is on every bucket list, whether you are an adult or a child; it is to attend and watch a Disneyland Parade.

Parades are a thing all year round, and obviously, Halloween is no exception; for this particular time of the year, Disneyland Paris is throwing Mickey’s Halloween Celebration! Be sure to check the timetable and watch this magical, eerie parade.

Another fun thing to watch is the illuminations displayed over the castle that start when the night falls. It is called “Disney Illuminations”, and it is a must-see! Make sure to add it to your bucket list! The show lasts about 20 min and ends with a beautiful firework thrown over the Sleeping Beauty Castle.

Do you know which princess castle is represented at Disneyland Tokyo?

#4 Attend The Disneyland Paris Halloween Party

Disney parties are notoriously fun and something not to miss all year round, and the Disney Halloween Parties are just as fun with a hint of spookiness!

While Halloween lasts over one month at Disneyland Paris, you can still attend a special Disneyland Halloween Party on the 29th of October and the very day of Halloween on the 31st of October 2022.

So, face your fears and confront the infamous Disney villains on those special nights when they invade the park from 8 p.m. until after the witching hour at 2 a.m.!

#5 Try The Disneyland Paris Halloween Treats

Who says Halloween say tricks or treats, right? Disneyland Parks are already known for themed treats that you can find in most restaurants and snack stalls scattered throughout the park.

Of course, the park’s restaurants and food stall menus are also ready to celebrate the season holiday with special treats!
So you can find some delicious waffles or doughnuts, which are also very instagrammable!

#6 Soak In And Admire The Disneyland Paris Halloween Decorations

With every season of the year comes a new theme for the decorations for Disneyland Paris – it’s the perfect way to immerse yourself into a brand new world.
The park, all dressed in orange, floats the mischievous mist of Halloween, pumpkins and lights flickering along Main Street. It’s the perfect enchanting Halloween atmosphere to be spooked!

Until then, here is a peek into last year’s decorations at Frontierland. The decorations are based on the Disney animated movie Coco!

Are you ready to live a spooky Halloween? Now that you have you know everything there is to know to enjoy Halloween in Disneyland Paris!

And if you were on the fence about spending Halloween in Disneyland Paris, I hope this post and photos convinced you; I mean, how adorable are those decorations, right?

If you’d like to book your ticket in advance, you sure should, as Disneyland Paris gets busy during the holidays and Halloween seasons (and the opening of the new Marvel area in the Walt Disney Studios). You can buy Disneyland tickets here.
