Here it is ! My Tokyo Ultimate Guide , for the 1st timer….or not !
If you’re familiar with the blog or have read my travel list, then you already know that I have been to Japan and more especially Tokyo several times now. I have a few post about Japan, which you can find here.
However I noticed that I never been into further details on what to do in Tokyo, what to see, and how to visit Tokyo or any kind of Tokyo Guide. During my last trip in Japan I had spent two days to “plan” my best friend and I trip so we could have some sort of guideline as it was her first time there !
Since then I send it to a few friends of mine whom enjoyed it so I thought why not share with you the top things to do in Tokyo.
One more year is coming to an end, and -as every single year- I can’t believe how fast this year has flown by. 2017 has it fair share of ups and downs for me as for everyone.
However I still had the chance to do my fair share of travels. Looking back at it, it could be defined by one country-> England AKA the country I visited the most.
Despite this I still managed to visit some new places, and add a new country to my travel list.
My plans changed quite a lot during my last week-end in Bristol as I was starting to feel very poorly so instead of going to Oxford I went to Wells with a friend from my class to see the cathedral.
For the first week end of July my friends and I went to Honfleur, in the North of France in Normandy. You probably never heard of it because neither have I before it was brought up to me to be honest. The initial plan was to go do Deauville -which I’d say is more famous at least if you’re French or familiar with our locations- BUT Deauville was more expensive. So as broke students we opted for the cheaper yet still nice option.
And honestly Honfleur was much more pleasant than I expected it to be, so let me walk you through my 48 hours in Honfleur !
First post of June !
Last Wednesday and Thursday I was in London with my brothers as a gift for both their upcoming birthdays. As it was their first time in London we mostly did some basics touristy spot according to what they wanted.
I am sure a lot of you can relate on how hard it is to select pictures. But, here are a few pictures I tried to pick some photos I thought would potray my time in London the best, between all what I shot.
The sun is coming back, so isn’t it the perfect weather to wander around Fontainebleau Castle ?
Last week-end I visited the historic of Bath located in the South West of England and is also part of the UNESCO World Heritage Centre
I did not visit the Roman Baths or went to the Spa, so I will have to come back.
I was in Angoulême this week end. This city is mainly known for his comics festival. And I could use a few words to describe it : hills, heat, panorama, arts.
Ce week-end j’étais à Angoulême. Principalement connue pour son Festival de la BD. On peut résumé ça en quelques mots : pentes, chaleurs, panorama et arts.
So I thought I could show you all of this in pictures, since a pictures spoke a thousand words.
Trèves de bavardages, regardons ça en photos.
Quite a lot happened lately, mostly good news ! The most important news of them all is the fact that I got accepted for an Erasmus Exchange in Kent, England instead of Ireland as I thought I would first. Still really happy though ! Definitely will be an awesome experience.
Hello everyone !
A while ago I read this travel tag on Sylliepie’s blog, you can read it here ! Since I really liked it I decided to do it myself as well ! I never done any tag before but this one being about travel looked particularly fun and enjoyable to me. 🙂
